July 2025 Holidays bin collection and household recycling centre arrangements

Bin collections will take place as normal on Monday 14^th and Tuesday 15^th July (except Portrush). Bin collections in Portrush scheduled for Tuesday 15^th and Wednesday 16^th will be collected on Sunday 13^th July. Householders and businesses are reminded to present their bin(s) no later than 7.00am on day of collection.

Household Recycling Centres will be closed on Saturday 12^th July and reopen as normal on Monday 14^th July (except Portrush Household Recycling Centre). Further to The Open golf championship, Portrush HRC will be closed from Monday 14^th to Saturday 19^th, reopening on Monday 21^st July.

Extended opening hours for Household Recycling Centres

Household Recycling Centre opening hours will be extended to 7.45pm every Tuesday and Thursday from June to September. Last entry is 15 minutes prior to closing time. Householders are asked to sort their waste before leaving home, separating recyclables from non-recyclable waste. Please speak to site attendant on duty should you require any assistance.
